چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در پی بررسی وضعیت مصائب جنسیتی دختران دانشجو در بستر روابط موجود در دانشگاه ایرانی است. جمعیت دانشگاه یگانه جمعیت مختلط حاضر در فضای اداری‌ـ‌دولتی، همراه با تکثر و تنوع فرهنگی بسیار زیاد است. به همین سبب، موقعیت‌های رویارویی جنسیتی در لابه‌لای روابط روزمرۀ دانشگاه بسیار رخ می‌دهد. مسئلۀ چگونگی رویارویی جنسیتی استادان مرد با دختران دانشجو از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است، که با وجود  نشر خبرهای مختلف در این مورد، اما از نظر پژوهشی خاموش باقی مانده است. تمرکز این پژوهش بر روی جنبه‌ای از ویژگی رویارویی جنسیتی است که در پژوهش‌های مختلف مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. برای این منظور، ما 10 دانشگاه را بررسی و به شیوۀ مصاحبۀ عمقی با 146 دختر دانشجو گفت‌وگو کردیم. یافته‌های ما نشان می‌دهد که اصل حفظ حریم ارتباط جنسیتی در فرهنگ ایرانی وقتی توسط استادان مرد با قوت زیادی اجرا یا دچار گسست می‌شود، سه‌ گانۀ «خشونت»، «تبعیض» و «بهره‌کشی» جنسیتی پدید می‌آید که برآیند آنها روی‌هم‌رفته مصائب جنسیتی را برای دختران دانشجو به بار می‌آورد.

Gender Encountering Situations at University and Its Resulted Miseries

This article is about female students’ gender miseries at the Iranian university. The population of the university is the only mixed sex population in an official and governmental level in which the population is highly plural and diverse. Due to this fact, the gender encountering happens a lot through the everyday academic relations. Although female students’ encountering with male professors is of much importance in the context of Iranian higher education, the main body of research is still silent about it. The main concern of this article is to focus on a type of gender encountering at Iranian university which has not been studied before fully and independently. For this reason, we conducted in-depth interviews with 146 female students from 10 universities in Tehran province. Our findings show that when male professors try to observe the principle of ‘gender segregation’, which is based on the Iranian cultural policy, the triadic consequence of gender ‘violence’, ‘discrimination’ and ‘exploitation’ is produced. This triadic consequence comes from the fact that the principle of gender segregation is whether observed strictly or ruptured intentionally. Thus, the inevitable result of this situation is the occurrence of gender miseries for female students.
