چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدیریت توسعه علوم انسانی، بررسی وضعیت موجود و ارائه مدلی مفهومی انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق ترکیبی و نوع تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی بوده و داده ها از طریق سندکاوی، مصاحبه و میدانی جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های استان اصفهان بودند که در بخش کیفی با رویکرد نمونه گیری هدفمند، تعداد 14 نفر و در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش تصادفی، تعداد245 نفر به عنوان مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تعیین پایایی و اعتبار ابزار اندازه گیری نیز از آلفای کرونباخ، روایی محتوایی و همزمان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و داده های کمّی از شاخص های توصیفی، برازش و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج کلی پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مقوله محوری مطالعه حاضر مشتمل بر سه بعد و 23 مؤلفه می باشد که با توجه به شرایط علّی، زمینه ای و میانجی، راهبردهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to identify the dimensions and components of Humanities Development Management, to examine the present situation and to propose a conceptual model. Method of research was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) kind of research was descriptive-measurement. Data collected through interviews, the study of references and field research. Statistical population included all of members of faculty of governmental and payam noor universities in Isfahan. In quality section, Interviewed to 14 clear - sighted of members. They selected by purposing sampling method. Among Statistical population selected 245 of members of faculty by random sampling method in quantity section. Measurement instruments were semi-structured deep interviews and a questionnaire researcher made. The reliability and validity of the measurement instrument determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.92), content-related, construct and concurrent reliability and expert opinion. Encoding method was used for the analysis of the qualitative data. The quantitative data analyzed by descriptive indicators, t-tests and confirmatory factor analysis. The general of result in this study showed that the central phenomenon is including three dimensions (production of humanities, dissemination and instruction of humanities, utilization of humanities) and 23 factors: research, communication … The final, the conceptual model suggested for Humanities Development Management.
