چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی مهارت های حرفه ای و ضعیت اشتغال دانش آموختگان کارشناسی ‌مهندسی ITدر دانشگاه اصفهان اجرا گردیده است. این پژوهش،‌‌کاربردی بوده و به روش ترکیبی اکتشافی انجام‌گردیده است. ‌‌‌داده‌های‌ پژوهش‌با‌‌ استفاده‌‌ازمصاحبه‌و پرسشنامه‌محقق ساخته گردآوری‌شده‌است.‌‌‌‌ جامعه‌آماری‌ شامل اعضای‌هیأت‌علمی‌گروه‌ مهندسیIT‌، کامپیوتر و دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی‌مهندسیIT دانشگاه‌اصفهان‌بوده است. روایی سؤالات مصاحبه‌و پایایی متن مصاحبه‌ها توسط ۴ نفر از متخصصان مورد بازنگری و تأیید قرار گرفت.‌‌ روایی پرسشنامه توسط 7 نفر از متخصصان تأیید و ضریب پایایی آن، طبق روش آلفای کرونباخ 95/0محاسبه گردید. یافته‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها به شیوه مقوله بندی و یافته‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق آزمون های استنباطی (t تک متغیره، تحلیل واریانس،آزمون تعقیبی ورگرسیون‌چندگانه) تحلیل گردید.
نتایج نشان دادکه از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی مهارت های حرفه ای مورد انتظار برای دانش آموختگان IT، مهارت تلفیق بین دانش فنی وکاربردی در عمل و برقراری ارتباط میان دو حیطه، قدرت تحلیل و تحقیق بالا و مهارت در کارگروهی و تعاملات گروهی است. همچنین، دانش‌آموختگان، مؤلفه های مورد بررسی را در سطح پایین تر از مطلوب ارزیابی نمودند. بین عوامل‌جمعیت شناختی‌ افراد با دیدگاه های آن ها نسبت به مؤلفه های مهارت های حرفه ای و وضعیت اشتغال تفاوت وجود نداشت اما درمؤلفه‌ی تمایل به ادامه تحصیل، دیدگاه های افراد در عامل وضعیت شغلی تفاوت معناداری داشتند. همچنین، مهارت های حرفه ای و تمایل به ادامه تحصیل در پیش بینی وضعیت اشتغال تأثیرگذار بودند.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to evaluate the professional skills and employment situation of university graduates in engineering, IT has been implemented. It was conducted among applicative studies and it is through mixed method (quantitative-qualitative). Its qualitative part was administered by applying interview and the quantitative part by applying questionnaire was conducted. The statistical population for the interview was all 27 faculty members of information in the school of technology engineering and computer technology at University of Isfahan and the purposive interview was conducted with 10 people. The verbal interviews were carried out, and then through applying the findings of the interviews and the sources under study a researcher-made questionnaire was made.
The statistical population of the quantitative part was all the students entering the university in 2006-2011 including 94 individuals and all the graduates in 2008-2013 including 146 students of information technology engineering at University of Isfahan. 75 students and 106 graduates were selected as the sample according to Cochran formula.The findings of the interviews were analyzed through subject based content analysis method, and so were that of questionnaires through one-sample t test. Findings indicated that the perspective of faculty professional skills expected of graduates of IT, combining the technical skills applied in practice and communication between the two domains , power analysis and research skills in teamwork and group interaction is high . Also , graduates of the components in the lower level of the desired mean evaluated . Between Vamljmyt cognitive components of attitudes toward their professional skills and employment status were not significantly different , but wish to study , the views of the people were no significant differences in the employment status . In addition, the professional skill and tend in pursuing employment forecasts are influential .
