چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی میزان برخورداری دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به عنوان یک نظام آموزشی از ویژگی های سازمان یادگیرنده در دو زیر سیستم دانش و فن آوری است. مبنای نظری تحقیق، رویکرد مایکل مارکوارت به سازمان های یادگیرنده و علت این انتخاب، جامعیت و تفکر سیستمی حاکم بر آن است. جهت تحقق این هدف، تحقیق به روش توصیفی– پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران بوده اند که 300 نفر از ایشان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، انتخاب شدند. از گروه نمونه، 220 نفر پرسشنامه تحقیق را تکمیل نموده اند. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی، فرضیات تحقیق با روش تی زوجی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد بین وضعیت موجود دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز به لحاظ برخورداری از شاخصه های سازمان یادگیرنده در زیر سیستم دانش و زیر سیستم فن آوری با وضعیت مطلوب تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this research was to investigate learner organization parameters on point of view of knowledge and information technology at Shahid Chamran University. The research based theoretically on Marquardt’s learner organization model because of its comprehensive and systematic view. To achieving the goal, descriptive- survey method and researcher made questionnaire were used. Population of the study include whole of faculty members of the university. 300 members of faculties selected by simple random sampling method and received a copy of the questionnaire, 220 of whom completed and returned their copies. To analyze the data descriptive and inferential statistics (paires T test) were used. The findings revealed that there is a significant difference between exiting situation and desired situation at Shahid Chamran University on point of view learner organization parameters (knowledge and technology).
