چکیده

اگر بر این باور باشیم که وظیفه تدریس در آموزش عالی از جمله وظایف خطیر و با اهمیت است، توجه به این وظیفه و چگونگی اجرای توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز بر آن و نیز حیطه‌هایی که این وظیفه در آن صورت می‌گیرد، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین میزان اهمیت و بکارگیری توانمندی ها و مهارتهای موثر و مورد نیاز تدریس در دانشگاه است. این تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری آن را اساتید و دانشجویان کارشناسی رشته های مختلف دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تشکیل می دهند. روش نمونه گیری این پژوهش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی بوده که روی 523 نفر از دانشجویان و 171 نفر از اساتید اجرا شد. به منظور بررسی فرضیه های این پژوهش از پرسشنامه وشان (1999) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میان میزان موثر بودن مولفه های تدریس از منظر اساتید با میزان موثر بودن مولفه های تدریس از نظر دانشجویان اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین میان میزان بکارگیری مولفه های تدریس از منظر اساتید با میزان بکارگیری مولفه های تدریس از نظر دانشجویان اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت و نیز بین ترتیب اهمیت و ترتیب بکارگیری مولفه های تدریس در دو گروه اساتید و دانشجویان اختلاف معناداری دیده شد. نتیجه دیگر پژوهش این بود که بین نظر دانشجویان و اساتید در خصوص اختلاف میان وضعیت موجود (بکارگیری مهارتهای تدریس) و مطلوب (میزان اهمیت مهارتها) تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. بطور کلی یافته های پژوهش ضرورت گذر از وضع موجود به وضع مطلوب را به نحو روشنی نشان داده اند.

Effective and Needed Capabilities and Skills for Teaching at the University

چکیده [English]

If we believe that the task of teaching in higher education is a serious and important task, this task and the way of the implementation of its needed abilities and skills will have special importance. This study identified and explained the importance and application of skills and abilities needed for effective teaching at the universities. This research is of survey type and its statistical community includes professors and students in the different fields of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The study sampling was stratified random sampling which was implemented on 523 students and 171 professors. To evaluate the hypothesis of this research Weshan's questionnaire (1999) was used. Results showed that there was a significant difference between the components of effective teaching from the professors' perspective and the components of effective teaching from the students' perspective. Also, it was observed a significant difference in two groups of professors and students between the order of importance and the order of application of teaching component. Another result was that there was a significant difference between professors' opinion and students' opinion about the difference between present situation (use of teaching skills) and desired situation (the importance of skills). Generally, research findings have clearly shown the need to transition from present situation to desired one.
