چکیده

چکیده:
تعاملات و روابط بین دانشجویان و اساتید یکی از مهم‌ترین عرصه‌های ساختار احتماعی علم به شمار می‌آید. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی عوامل جامعه شناختی موثر بر تعاملات و ارتباطات دانشجویان با اساتید می‌باشد. عرصه‌های مختلف تعاملاتی با توجه به نظریه‌های جامعه‌شناسی علم و با چارچوب نظری بوردیو مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. در این پژوهش که از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی بوده، جمع آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS انجام گرفته است. واحد تحلیل دانشجو و جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز است. یافته‌های پژوهش در راستای تائید نظریه بوردیو نشان می‌دهد سرمایه‌ها قابل تبدیل به یکدیگر می‌باشند و موقعیت فرد در فضا و عرصه اجتماعی علم با توجه به میزان و ترکیب سرمایه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی او تعیین می‌گردد و تعاملات و روابط دانشجویان با اساتید با میزان سرمایه‌های آنها در بیرون و درون فضای آکادمیک رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. بخش پایانی این تحقیق، با توجه به اهمیت و تأثیر روابط و تعاملات در توسعه نهاد علمی به ارائه پیشنهادات و راهکارهایی جهت تقویت این امر پرداخته است.

Interactions and relationships between students and instructors of the most important area structure of social science comes guys. The purpose of this can be study sociological factors affecting student interaction with professors. different areas according to the theory of interaction sociolological science and society with the theoretical framework of Bourdieu have been studied. In this study, the type of survey research, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis through SPSS software was performed. Analysis Unit and the student population is students of Shahid Chamran University. research findings in order to confirm the theory that Bourdieu show capital is to be converted to another person and location have space and social science fields according to the amount and composition of capital economic, social and cultural, he determined interactions and relationships are students and faculty members with their capitl in inside and outside the academic environment has a significant positive relationship. Last section of this study, importance and effect relationships and interactions in the development of scientific institutions to provide suggestions and solutions to strengthen this has been discussed.
