چکیده

مقاله حاضر به تبیین مبانی نظری و فلسفه وجودی کارگاههای آموزشی به عنوان یکی از عوامل توسعه نیروی انسانی متخصص پرداخته است. نویسنده در راستای تحقق این اهداف نخست تاریخچه و ضرورت تشکیل کارگاهها را برشمرده و مفاهیم مطروحه در خصوص کارگاههای آموزشی را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است. آنگاه، چگونگی تشکیل یک کارگاه آموزشی منطبق با موازین علمی را بیان نموده و در پایان به مطالعه موردی درخصوص یکی از کارگاههای برگزارشده پرداخته است.
این مقاله را آقای دکتر عبدالرحیم نوه­ابراهیم عضو هیأت علمی و مدیر گروه مدیریت آموزش عالی در مؤسسه پژوهش و برنامه ­ریزی آموزش عالی نوشته ­اند که بدینوسیله از ایشان تشکر می ­گردد.

چکیده [English]

The present article explains the theoretical and philosophical foundations of educational workshops as one of the factors in the development of specialized human resources. The author first presents the history and necessity of workshops and analyzes the concepts related to them. He then discusses how educational workshops are held in accordance with scientific standards and presents a case study of a workshop that has been held.
