چکیده

این مقاله به تحلیل نظام آموزشی ایران از دیدگاه توسعه پرداخته است. در فرایند این تحلیل، توسعه به عنوان طرحی کلی برای تغییر جامعه، ایجاد تعادل درونی در نظامهای آموزشی و مرتبط ساختن آنها با نظامهای اجتماعی مورد بحث واقع شده است. نگارنده نخست مفاهیم توسعه و آموزش و پرورش، برنامه ­ریزی آموزشی و توسعه و ویژگیهای عمومی نظامهای آموزشی را تحلیل می ­نماید. سپس وضعیت موجود نظام آموزشی ایران و برخی از عدم تعادلی های آن را تشریح نموده و به طرح این نکته که آموزش و پرورش ایران دچار موقعیت بحرانی گردیده است اشاره می­ کند. بخش پایانی مقاله به اختصار به نتیجه ­گیری از بحثهای مطروحه اختصاص یافته و تعمیق مجدد بر عملکرد نظام آموزشی را توصیه نموده است.

An Analysis of the Educational system From Development Perspective in Iran

چکیده [English]

The link between Educational system and Development has left us with highly complex picture. To what extent, is it possible to see a corresponding educational systems manifesting itself through the medium of the development and vice versa. This article draws attention to the importance of multidiciplinary study linking educational system to development.In this Process, the paper is devoted into three Parts. The first is the concept of development and education and has to do with educational planning and educational systems.In this part, the notion of development has been understood as change in a desirable direction and encompassing many different dimensions. The Second is the status of educational system in Iran and involves the study of imbalence, symptoms, sources and its crisis. The third is concluding remarks and some recommendations for improvement of the quality of educational system in Iran.
