طراحی الگوی پاسخگویی اثربخش دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی پاسخگویی اثربخش دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی نظریه داده ­بنیاد بود. داده‌های این مطالعه حاصل مصاحبه­ های نیمه ساختاریافته با 25 نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی مشغول در واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران بود که با روش نمونه­ گیری نظری انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از روش­ های تحلیلی اشتراوس و کوربین، داده‌ها در سه سطح کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. بعد از مشخص شدن مقوله محوری (پاسخگویی به ذینفعان) و استفاده از آن برای نزدیک کردن و تشخیص روابط سایر مقوله ­های اصلی و فرعی، درنهایت، مقوله­ های شناسایی شده در قالب ابعاد شش­ گانه الگوی اشتراوس و کوربین شامل عوامل علّی (منابع انسانی، علم­گرایی در دانشگاه، ایجاد انگیزه در دانشگاه، ارزیابی کیفیت دانشگاه، توسعه بر مبنای نیازسنجی، روند آموزش و یادگیری)، مقوله اصلی (پاسخگویی به دانشجویان، بازار کار و جامعه)، عوامل زمینه ­ای (سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، جهانی و سیاست­ ها و برنامه ­های کلان آموزش عالی)، عوامل مداخله ­گر (ساختار دانشگاه، تناسب عرضه و تقاضا و امکانات آموزشی و پژوهشی)، راهبردها (جلب مشارکت، تعامل دانشگاه با جامعه، تعاملات برون ­مرزی و تأمین و تخصیص منابع) و پیامدها (مهارت افزایی، ارتقای اجتماعی و فرهنگی دانشجویان، ارتقای کیفی دانشگاه، ارتقای رضایت ذینفعان بیرونی، کاهش فرار نخبگان و ارتقای کارآفرینی) آشکار شدند و سازه­ های مختلف الگوی پاسخگویی اثربخش دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی را تشکیل دادند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of present study was to design an effective accountability model for Islamic Azad University by using qualitative grounded theory. The data of this study were the result of semi-structured interviews with 25 senior administrators in Tehran's Islamic Azad University branches who were selected by theoretical sampling method.  Using analytical methods of Strauss and Corbin, data were analyzed at three levels of open, axial and selective coding.  After identification of the main component (balanced response to constituencies’ needs) and using it to bring the categories together, expressions and ideas representing the relationships between the main and subcomponents, and finally the revealed components were categorized into  following six dimensions of the paradigm model, with the relationships among them: causal conditions (human resources, science oriented of university,  creating motivation in university , need assessment and targeted academic development, customer oriented, teaching-learning process, university quality assessment), main component (accountability to students, market and society), environmental conditions (political, economic, socio–cultural, technology- global, macro- policy and macro- planning and higher education environments), intervention factors (university structure, university atmosphere, proportion of quantity of demand with supply, scientific and research infrastructure), strategies (participation, interaction of university with society, international interactions, financing and allocation of financial resources), and outcomes (skill development, empowering students' moral and cultural development, university qualitative development, achieving the true status of the university,  external constituencies' satisfaction,  decreasing brain drain, and improving entrepreneurship); and different structures formed the  effective accountability model  in Islamic Azad University.
