بررسی نقش واسطه ای جوّ نوآوری در رابطه بین فرهنگ و مهارتهای کارآفرینی سازمانی با گرایش به کارآفرینی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش­ حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه ­ای جوّ نوآوری در رابطه بین فرهنگ و مهارت­های کارآفرینی سازمانی با گرایش به کارآفرینی اعضای هیئت­ علمی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه­ اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی با تعداد 364 نفر بود که از این تعداد 181 نفر، بر اساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی، به شیوه طبقه‌ای نسبتی به‌عنوان نمونه ­آماری انتخاب­ شدند. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده­ ها پرسشنامه­ استاندارد بود که روایی صوری آنها را صاحبنظران تأیید کردند و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه­ های فرهنگ­ سازمانی، مهارت­های کارآفرینی، جوّ نوآوری و گرایش به ­کارآفرینی ضریب آلفای ­کرونباخ به ­ترتیب 827/0، 860/0، 894/0 و 890/0 به ­دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده­ ها از آزمون­های آماری تحلیل مسیر، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ­های پژوهش نشان داد که بین فرهنگ ‌سازمانی و گرایش به کارآفرینی، بین مهارت­های­ کارآفرینی و گرایش به کارآفرینی، بین فرهنگ ‌سازمانی و جوّ نوآوری، بین مهارت­های کارآفرینی و جوّ نوآوری و بین جوّ نوآوری و گرایش به ­کارآفرینی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود­ دارد. همچنین جوّ نوآوری نقش واسطه‌ای را در رابطه بین فرهنگ‌ سازمانی و گرایش به کارآفرینی دارد و جوّ نوآوری نقش واسطه‌ای را در رابطه بین مهارت­های کارآفرینی و گرایش به­ کارآفرینی ایفا می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of innovation climate in the relationship between culture and entrepreneurship skills with entrepreneurial tendency of Mohaghegh Ardabili University faculty members. An applied and descriptive correlational method   based on Structural Equations Modeling was chosen for this study. The population of the study consisted of all 364 faculty members at Mohaghegh Ardabili University. Using Morgan and Krejcy tables, a sample of 181 individuals were randomly selected according to the stratified sampling method. The main instrument for collecting data was a standard questionnaire that scholars confirmed its face validity. The reliability of organizational culture questionnaires, entrepreneurship skills, innovation climate and entrepreneurial orientation were 0.827, 0.860, 0.894 and 0.890, respectively. For data analysis, path analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used. The findings of this research indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and entrepreneurial tendency, between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial tendency, between organizational culture and innovation climate, between entrepreneurial skills and innovation climate and between innovation climate and entrepreneurial tendency. The results are indicating that the innovation climate played a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and entrepreneurial tendency. In addition, the results showed that the innovation climate has a mediate role in the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial tendency.
