چکیده

شناساندن زیرساختهای لازم برای مدیریت مؤثر دانش و ایجاد نوآوری در دانشگاهها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. بنابراین، در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا اثر ابعاد زیرساختی مدیریت دانش بر نوآوری بررسی شود. بدین منظور، پس از مطالعه مبانی نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان ابعاد زیرساختی مدیریت دانش شناسایی و تحلیل عاملی شدند. در نهایت، اثر هریک از این ابعاد بر نوآوری فنی و اجرایی بررسی شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی- علّی و از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 344 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه یزد و تعداد نمونه 163 نفر بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ (969/0) و روایی سازه آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی بررسی شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل همبستگی و مدلیابی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد زیرساختی مدیریت دانش و نوآوری فنی و اجرایی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، یافته‌های به‌دست آمده از مدلیابی معادله ساختاری نشان داد که از بین ابعاد زیرساختی، بعد فناوری و ساختار بیشترین تأثیر را بر توسعه نوآوری دارد.

چکیده [English]

Identifying essential infrastructures for effective knowledge management and innovation in universities is vital. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the effect of infrastructural dimensions of knowledge management on innovation. According to the research literature and expert opinions, the infrastructural dimensions of knowledge management are identified, and the effect of these factors on technical and administrative innovation are evaluated. This study is a casual-corelational survey. The statistical population of this study consists of 344 faculty members of Yazd University and a total of 163 individuals were selected as a sample. Reliability was examined by Cronbach's alpha (0.969) and its validity was examined using factor analysis. Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of knowledge management and technical and administrative innovations. Additionally, Structural Equation Modeling results showed that among infrastructures dimensions, the technology and structural dimensions have the most effect on the development of innovation.
